Day-Of Wedding Coordination
This package os for the Bride who has managed all of the planning but want to just be a bride on her wedding day. We take over the details and allow you to be a guest at your wedding.
Although the package is called Day Of, we really start working with you 2-4 weeks before your wedding, based on the complexity of your wedding. We want to spend time getting to know all of your plans so we come to your wedding day prepared for anything.
Vendor confirmation 2 weeks prior to wedding:
That last few weeks before your wedding can be extremely chaotic, let us take some of that away! We will confirm with all of your vendors 2-3 weeks prior to your big day. We make sure they know when to arrive and that they have all of the appropriate contact info. We also double check whatever contract/agreement you have with them so that there are no surprises come wedding day.
Timeline:
We will create a wedding day timeline for you to work off of. Our job on wedding day is to make sure that timeline if followed by all of your vendors, your wedding party and your families. We make sure champagne has been poured before the toasts begin, that Mom and Dad are in place for their special dance and that all of your guests are alerted to your grand departure. We keep things running smoothly so you don't have to!
Wedding Rehearsal:
Cheers will be at your rehearsal to line up your wedding party and make sure that they all know their places. We direct your rehearsal from start to finish so you can relax and enjoy!
Ceremony set-up:
Cheers will arrive at your ceremony location as early as possible to decorate, set out programs, meet vendors and make sure that everything is in place.
Reception set-up:
We will turn your reception site into your dream! This includes decorating, arranging seating cards, placing favors, placing linens, putting out table numbers and ANYTHING else that is needed.
Event management:
On your wedding day our job is to prevent and manage any and all problems that arise and to make sure everything goes according to plan. We keep things on track and in order so you don't have to worry. Your job is to enjoy your new husband and the fun and excitement that is your wedding day. While you enjoy all of your friends and family we will remain close by to attend to anything you need. Cheers is the first to arrive and the last to leave, so you do not have to worry for one minute.
Presents:
We coordinate with the people who will be transporting your gifts to make sure that everything ends up in the right car at the end of the night. We will also make sure that all of your ceremony and reception decor is packed and given to the person who will bring it home to you. You can leave at the end of the night assured that nothing will be forgotten.
Status meetings & correspondence:
When you hire us as your Day of Coordinator we will meet with you to review all of your plans so far, this usually takes place 1-3 months before your wedding day. At that point we can begin to familiarize ourselves with your vision and theme. The status meeting can be held over lunch, dinner, coffee or even via Skype! We know you are busy and we want to make things as easy as possible for you. In addition to our progress meeting we are available to you by phone and email. All questions and concerns can be sent to us at any time and we will get back to you ASAP.
* Cheers recommends adding an assistant for events with more than 200 guests or in two locations. This is a $200 flat fee for the entire day.
