Here’s what you will receive with Full-Service Wedding Planning and Design…
Unlimited consultation via email/phone/in person: Some couples like to meet once a month, some like to meet every other week it is completely up to you. We want to be available as much as you need. We know you are busy and we want to make things as easy as possible for you. All questions and concerns can also be sent to us at any time and we will get back to you ASAP.
Budget: This might be the most important thing we do for you. Setting and sticking to a budget is the key to eliminating a ton of stress from the planning process. Whatever your budget there is never enough money. We help you find ways to stretch your dollar farther no matter what the amount you have to spend. We will help you set create a customized budget and manage it throughout the entire process.
Guest List Template: An accurate guest list is ESSENTIAL to sticking with your budget. It is also something that we like to help you with. We provide you with a customized guest list template and we help you figure out your count as it affects your budget.
Planning Process Review: At our first meeting we will go over the entire planning process from start to finish so you understand what goes into the planning of your dream wedding. We can also focus on what is the most important to you and get the entire process off on the right foot.
Inspiration Meeting: To start the design process of your wedding day I like to meet for an inspiration session. This is when you bring all of the pictures you have torn from magazines and the boards you have created on Pinterest and we really start putting your inspiration together into a cohesive theme. If you are just starting out getting these things together it is still a great time to sit down together and start brainstorming what YOU want for your big day. From that meeting we create an inspiration board that serves as a reference as we move forward with the design process.
Planning Software: We will give access to our online planning software that helps with task lists, budget management, seating, etc.
Vendors: We will research vendors and gather proposals from at least three vendors in every category. We will only bring you proposals that fall into your budget requirements, come from reputable vendors and fit your theme and personality of your day. Once you choose your vendors all you do is sign contracts and arrange for payment, after this is complete leave the rest to us. We will confirm with your vendors about all details weeks before your wedding.
Etiquette: We can answer any and all questions regarding wedding etiquette
Site Selection: We will discuss your vision and research locations that compliment what you have in mind. We will bring you a list of locations that fit into your budget and your vision and once you have narrowed it down we can make appointments to visit the sites.
Site design: We will visit your ceremony and/or reception site and work with you to create a design that will fit with the venue and your wedding theme/vision. We work with you on the floor plan, lighting, traffic flow and decor just to name a few.
Vendor Meetings/Management: We will schedule all vendor meetings around your schedule so all you have to do is show up. We can attend any and all wedding related meetings to ask questions, take notes and generally make sure that your needs are being met. We will review all vendor contracts to make sure everything is in order and maintain communication with anyone you hire to make sure they know what is expected. We will also provide all vendors with a detailed wedding day timeline and do a final confirmation in the weeks leading up to the wedding.
Out of Town Guest Arrangements: We will research lodging options that will be convenient and affordable for your guests. We can reserve room blocks and negotiate rates with hotels.
Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal: Cheers will be at your rehearsal to line up your wedding party and make sure that they all know their places. We direct your rehearsal from start to finish so you can relax and enjoy!
Wedding Weekend Schedule: We will create an itinerary for your wedding weekend events, This includes contact information, rehearsal directions, rehearsal dinner specifics, ceremony details, and a reception timeline. It lets your entire wedding party know when & where they have to be to get them to the ceremony & reception on time! These special people may include your bridesmaids & groomsmen, ushers, readers, flower girls, ring bearers, parents, grandparents, and any other people who are involved in your wedding ceremony. We will also provide a schedule tailored to your wedding vendor team that is tailored to include any information they will need.
Wedding Day Emergency Kit: We will provide a kit full of items that could be needed on your wedding day.
Ceremony set-up: Cheers will arrive at your ceremony location as early as possible to decorate, set out programs, meet vendors and make sure that everything is in place.
Reception set-up: We will turn your reception site into your dream! This includes decorating, arranging seating cards, placing favors, placing linens, putting out table numbers and ANYTHING else that is needed.
Event management: On your wedding day our job is to prevent and manage any and all problems that arise and to make sure everything goes according to plan. We keep things on track and in order so you don’t have to worry. Your job is to enjoy your new husband and the fun and excitement that is your wedding day. While you enjoy all of your friends and family we will remain close by to attend to anything you need. You will receive unlimited on-site Wedding Day Management, including at least one assistant. We will coordinate, manage and trouble-shoot on your wedding day so you do not have to. At the end of the reception we will secure all wedding gifts and decorations for transport.
