Design Service Before Your Wedding:
The design aspect of a wedding can be overwhelming, if your ideas are not focused you can often end up
spending a lot on items you do not even need. Our goal is to focus your ideas and create a cohesive design plan for your wedding day. We will cover the following:
- Inspiration meeting to kick off design process
- Color palette development
- Customized inspiration board
- Tablescape design recommendations
- Cake design recommendations
- Paper good design ideas
- Recommended vendors to execute design concepts
- Pricing estimates from suggested vendors
Wedding Day Management Before Your Wedding:
Consultation via email/phone/in person: 8 weeks prior to your wedding we will meet to go over your planning to this point. This is when I will collect copies of all of your vendor contracts and get an idea of your vision for your wedding day.
Planning Process Review: At our first meeting we will go over your entire planning process from start to finish. This allows us to make sure that everything is taken care and helps us tie up all the loose ends you might have.
Monthly Planning Checklists-From the time you hire me until 8 weeks before your wedding I will check in with you via email to make sure your planning is on track. You will be emailed monthly checklists to review your progress and we can chat about any problems/concerns/questions you may have.
One Venue Walk Through: In addition to our first meeting we like to meet to walk through your venue and get all of our questions answered and make sure we are completely familiarized with the space and the rules and regulations of the venue.
Assistance with Reception Layout: We can help you design room layouts, seating charts and any other logistics involved with guest flow.
Wedding Weekend Schedule: We will create an itinerary for your wedding weekend events, This includes contact information, rehearsal directions, rehearsal dinner specifics, ceremony details, and a reception timeline. It lets your entire wedding party know when & where they have to be to get them to the ceremony & reception on time! These special people may include your bridesmaids & groomsmen, ushers, readers, flower girls, ring bearers, parents, grandparents, and any other people who are involved in your wedding ceremony. We will also provide a schedule tailored to your wedding vendor team that is tailored to include any information they will need.
Vendor Communication: 1-2 weeks before your wedding we will confirm and communicate the wedding day schedule with all of your hired vendors.
Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal: Cheers will be at your rehearsal to line up your wedding party and make sure that they all know their places. We direct your rehearsal from start to finish so you can relax
On Your Wedding Day:
Staffing: You will have Amber Peterson, lead planner for up to 12 hours and her assistant for up to 6 hours.
Wedding Day Emergency Kit: You will have access to the Cheers wedding day emergency kit, full of items you might need for your wedding day.
Ceremony set-up: Cheers will arrive at your ceremony location as early as possible to decorate, set out programs, meet vendors and make sure that everything is in place.
Reception set-up: We will turn your reception site into your dream! This includes decorating, arranging seating cards, placing favors, placing linens, putting out table numbers and ANYTHING else that is needed.
Assist with Photography Coordination: Ensuring all family and bridal party members are organized and ready for photos and that photos are completed on time.
Event management: On your wedding day our job is to prevent and manage any and all problems that arise and to make sure everything goes according to plan. We keep things on track and in order so you don’t have to worry. We work closely with your DJ/MC to make sure the timeline is being followed. Your job is to enjoy the fun and excitement that is your wedding day. While you enjoy all of your friends and family we will remain close by to attend to anything you need.
End of the Night: At the end of your reception there are many details that we attend to so that you can be off to enjoy your wedding night. We distribute final payments and gratuities as needed. Pack up gifts, leftover favors, decorations, and personal items and give to designated person(s).*
*If your venue requires that trash is removed from the premises at the end of the night you will need to designate someone to transport trash away. We will happily make sure all trash is gathered and bagged, but we do not have the appropriate vehicle to remove trash/debris.
** Wedding Day Management does not include placing food or desserts or clearing dishes. If you require this service please ask for a separate quote.
Based on your venue clean up requirements additional staff may be required. This can be discussed before booking.
